Send SMS
Purpose
To send a SMS (Text Message) to a loan Client. The function automatically saves the SMS text detail as a Communication.
Timing
SMS Text Messages may be sent at any time

Process
The below dialog will be presented:
Dialog Specific Fields
Field | Explanation |
Mobile Number | Enter the Clients Mobile Phone Number, Multiple number can be entered here separated by a ; or , The number cannot have any spaces in it or the message will not send If a mobile number has been set up on the client record this will prefill here |
Message | Enter the SMS text message |
Message Length | Display only field Shows the number of characters remaining There is a limit of 459 characters per message |
