Communication Control Details

Purpose

Allow the setup of communication specific details that will determine how communications may be used and user access to communications

Dialog Details

Details Specific Search Criteria

Field	Explanation
Allow Administrator only to Edit/Delete Communications	User Access Security function If checked, once created, Communications can only be edited or deleted by an administrator All other users will see these as disabled buttons
Allow Administrator only to Delete Communications	User Access Security function If checked, the Delete button on the Communication Browse dialog will be disabled for all users except Administrators
Communications by Staff to Display Unassigned	If checked, when searching by a staff member on the Communication Browse, all unassigned communications as well as communications assigned to that staff member will be displayed
Direct Printer	Used for bulk printing of PDF files from the Communication Browse If no direct printer is setup, each file will open on screen first, and each file printed individually If a direct printer is selected, the file will print directly to the nominated printer Note: Not all printers support this functionality
SMS Send Communication Type	[F2] to highlight and  the memo communication type to be used to send SMS messages
SMS Receive Communication Type	[F2] to highlight and  the memo communication type to be used to receive SMS messages
Provider	Select either OneNZ or Spark from the dropdown list
Username	Enter your OneNZ MultiTXT or Spark eTXT username
Password	Enter your OneNZ MultiTXT or Spark eTXT p[assword

	Set up for the Direct Printing Function A test file may be selected to confirm that the selected printer is PDF enabled

Both of the above items must be completed for the  button to be enabled
