Direct Printer Setup

Direct Printer Setup

Purpose

Used for Bulk Printing of PDF files from the Communication Browse

If no direct printer is setup, each file will open on screen first, and each file printed individually

If a direct printer is selected, the file will print directly to the nominated printer

Note: not all printers support this functionality

Access

  1. Communication Control Details | 

Process


 will display the below dialog


Both of the above items must be completed for the  button to be enabled


If Yes, you will be returned to the Communication Control Details and the Direct Printer selected will display as below:


If No, you will be returned to the Communication Control Details and the Direct Printer field will remain blank.
