Communication Type Setup

The below dialog shows the mandatory setup fields required for a Copy Communication Type

Dispatch Centre details should be added as required

Note: The ‘Replace fields in the copy’ checkbox may be checked on or off 

Master Document Setup

The associated word document is set up as a master document. It will contain a combination of generic text, communication Replacement Fields for account and client specific values, and unique values that must be entered to the letter prior to sending. It may also have a number of standard paragraphs that may be deleted depending on circumstances.

In the example below, the TBA text highlighted in green are the unique values required to be entered using the  functionality.

To enter the unique values, access the Communication through the   button. Changes should be entered to the Word document, and then saved. The changes will be retained by the Communication.
