Communication Rules

Communication Rules

There are rules that determine what communications will display from each communication browse. 

These are:

Client Communications button [Comm.]

The communications button on the client dialog will display:
  1. All Communications created for the client not associated with any account
  2. All Communications created for any client account
  3. All Communications created from the Bailment Dealer Communications tab for all bailment dealers associated with this client
  4. All Communications created from the Bailment Account [Communications] button for all bailment accounts associated with this client

Account Communications button [Comm.]

The communications button on the account or account enquiry dialog will display:
  1. All Communications created for the client not associated with any account
  2. All Communications created for the particular account being accessed

Bailment Dealer Communications Tab

From the Bailment Dealer Communications Tab the Communications displayed associated with that Bailment Dealer client including:
  1. All Communications created for the client not associated with any account
  2. All Communications created from the Bailment Dealer Communications tab for that Bailment Dealer
  3. All Communications created from the Bailment Account [Communications] button for all bailment accounts associated with that Bailment Dealer

Bailment Account button [Communications]

From the Bailment Account [Communications] button display all the Communications associated with this Bailment Account client including
  1. All Communications created for the client not associated with any account
  2. All Communications created from the Bailment Account [Communications] button for that bailment account
