Create Bailment Insurance Renewal Letters

Purpose

This process will create insurance renewal advices for all Bailment Dealers with insurance policies coming up for renewal within a specified time period.

A separate advice will be created for each policy that a Bailment Dealer has that satisfies the selection criteria.  So, if a Bailment Dealer has three policies and two are due for renewal, two separate communications will be created, one for each policy.

Process

Field	Explanation
Communication Type	[F2] to  the communication type specifically set up for this purpose
Renewal Range	Compares the dates entered here with the policy renewal date set up on the insurance policy

 to process the selection. Depending on the selection criteria, different messages will display:

If only the Communication Type and date range are entered, the following dialog will display:

A message will be displayed confirming the user selection criteria.

 to continue processing.

A dialog will display indicating all the insurance policy renewal letters that have been created. Details of Bailment Dealer Code, Policy Number and Policy Description are displayed.

 

 to complete the process and exit out of the wizard
