Bailment Insurance Policy Expiry Report
Purpose
Provides a listing of Bailment Dealers with Insurance
Policies due to expire within the selected parameters
Timing
This report will be printed regularly to identify Bailment Dealers with Insurance Policies requiring renewal between specified dates

Report Specific Parameters
Field | Explanation |
Expiry Date Range | This enables the user to report on Insurance Policies
due to expire between the specified dates |
Policies Overdue by at least X Days | This enables the user to report on Expired
Insurance Policies |
Include Uninsured Bailment Dealers | This option is only valid if an Expiry Date Range has been entered or if only the Expired Policies are to be displayed This option will include the Bailment Dealers which do not have any Insurance |

| Policy Reference | This is the Reference of the Insurance Policy |
| Policy Description | This is the Description the Insurance Policy |
Active | This indicates whether or not the Insurance Policy is active |
| Insurer Client | This is the description of the Client associated with the Insurance Policy |
Cover Amount | This is the Cover Amount entered on the Insurance Policy |
Expiry Date | This is the Expiry Date entered on the Insurance Policy |
Days Overdue | This is a calculated field It is the number of days between the expiry date and the date of the report |
