Insurance Policy Expiry Report
Purpose
Most
finance agreements include a clause requiring insurance to be maintained over
the financed asset
This report allows
the easy identification of policies coming up for renewal so the finance
company can follow up on these to ensure their currency is maintained
Timing
This
report can be run any time but is most often run at month end for the
forthcoming months

Field | Explanation |
Include policies with no expiry date | This checkbox is used to
pick up any policies that have been loaded without an expiry date |
Include non-renewable policies | Checked on, this flag will include policies that are not
subject to annual renewal |
