Communication Fields - Overview

The significance of Word Embed Fields

It is possible to create any type of Communications to go out to clients.

To make this as effective and efficient as possible, there is a list of fields that can be used to embed information directly into a standard Word Document.  When this document is then created in the system, the communication will automatically fill in the correct values into the embed fields.

Separate fields are available for different parts of the system.  Some relate to Clients, while others are used for Accounts.  There are then specific fields available for certain Account Sub-Systems.
