Dispatch Method
| This
is the means by which a communication is to be dispatched
The options are Email, Fax and Print
Note:
- Where
a client has no contact point, the communication will always be set to print,
so a contact point is not required
- Print should be used when a client has previously
had email communications, and has advised that they do not want further email
communication
|
|
Dispatch Address
| When
a communication is created for a client, this is the dispatch address to be
used.
If
the communications for this client are to be sent to more than one email
address, multiple addresses can be entered.
The addresses must be separated by a semi colon or a comma. - If separated by a semi colon the first address will be put into the ‘To’ section of the email and the subsequent addresses will be put into the ‘CC’ section of the email.
-
If separated by a comma
all addresses will be put in the ‘To’ section of the email.

Rules for Setup of
General / Confidential Sensitivity
During
Communication Type setup, a communication
sensitivity is selected.
This
allows for different Communications to be sent to different email addresses for
a single client.
For
Example, a car dealer receives daily remittance advices for new loans, but also
receives a monthly commission advice. A general contact point can be set up for
the daily remittances and a confidential contact point set up for the
commission advice.
Communication Type
Sensitivity = General
