The Client Contact Point contains the client details required for dispatching communications by email.
If no Active Client Contact Point record is found, the Communication will not be dispatched and will be available via the Edit/View Communications browse for printing.

If the Communication Type Dispatch Method has been set to ‘Recipient Preference’ this means that the Communication may be emailed or printed, depending on the clients preference.
