Fixed Loan Monthly Summary

Purpose

To provide a monthly overview of the Fixed Loan Accounts arrears status in the following groupings

1. Number of Accounts and Percentage  in each ageing 
2. Amount and Percentage of the Future Ledger balance owing in each of the ageing groups
3. Amount and Percentage of the Current Ledger balance owing in each of the ageing groups
   

Ageing buckets used are:

1. Current (not in arrears)
2. Less than 1 month
3. 1-2 month 
4. 2-3 months
5. More than 3 months

Timing

This report may be run at any time, and is usually included as a month end report
