Fixed Loan Aged Arrears Summary
Purpose
Calculates the number of times the instalment payment has not been received by dividing the standard instalment amount by the current balance
Accounts are then grouped into ageing buckets of ‘arrears exceeds instalments by less than x number of times’
Timing
Usually included as a month end report. May be run at any time.
