Enter Account Transactions

Purpose

Allows for Transactions to be bulk loaded to multiple accounts

Access

  1. Account | Enter Account Transactions

Process


Field
Explanation
Defaults
Enter the Transaction Type, Value Date, Reference and Description for the Transactions to be entered
Total
Displays a running total of the transaction amount entered

 to display the ADD Account Transaction Details dialog



Enter the Account and Amount and  the ADD Account Transaction Details dialog

Continue to  transactions until all required transactions have been entered

Confirm the Total and then  to post the Transactions to the required accounts
