Purpose
Associated Parties is a mechanism for recording:
- Guarantors associated with the Bailment Dealer
- Amalgamation client
An amalgamation client is a head client that Bailment Dealers are associated to. Amalgamation clients are often a group head client. By specifying that client, exposure reporting can be undertaken by each bailment dealer and for the group as a whole.
The Associated Parties tab also records the login codes for the External users of the Bailment Dealer website.
