Automatic Bailment Account Closure
Purpose
For Bailment Accounts to be automatically closed the
following rules must be satisfied:
- Have an account type that matches the one
selected if applicable
- Account has been terminated
- Account is not closed
- Account has zero balances
- Account has no accrued distributor, bailment or
default interest
Access

Process
Field | Explanation |
Account Type | [F2] to Alternatively leave the account type blank so the process is run against all account types |
A dialog will display showing the progress
Click 
to exit this form
All accounts satisfying the above rules will have their close date set to the date the process is run on and the active flag made inactive
These accounts will now have a status of archived
