Automatic Bailment Account Termination

Purpose

For Bailment Accounts to be automatically closed the following rules must be satisfied:
  1. Have an account type that matches the one selected if applicable
  2. Future Balance is equal to Nil or small balance of +/- 1cent
  3. If the flag for Bailment Account "Do Not Auto Terminate" is checked on the account will be excluded from the Auto Termination Process

Alternatively leave the account type blank so that process is run against all account types


A dialog will display showing progress

Click  to exit this form

All accounts satisfying the above rules will have their termination date set to the date the process is run on and the termination reason defaulted to CUR.
