Explanation

Maintenance Category

All – will display all Maintenance Categories
Lease – Maintenance Types associated with this Category are appropriate to the Lease Account. They will be generic types that can be applied to all Lease Assets on an account. They will generally include Maintenance items that are paid for as part of the Lease Finance.
Asset – Maintenance Types associated with this Category are appropriate to the Lease Asset. They will be specific to the assets themselves. They will generally be Maintenance items that are over and above those included in the finance of the Asset. They are usually extra Maintenance charges that can be added to the Lease and recovered from the Lessee.
