Lease Asset Maintenance Transaction Browse

Purpose

Allows the display of maintenance transactions that have been added to a lease asset.

This will be all maintenance invoices added directly through the Payable System and allocated to this asset, or from Purchase Orders entered through this screen that have been matched to payable invoices entered through the Payable System.

The total of all transactions in the top half of the screen will be the amount displayed on the lease asset dialog as Actual Maintenance.

Search Criteria

Browse Specific Search Criteria

Field	Explanation
Maintenance Type	[F2] to select the Maintenance Type
Maintenance Category	All – will display all Maintenance Categories Lease – Maintenance Types associated with this Category are appropriate to the Lease Account. They will be generic types that can be applied to all Lease Assets on an account. They will generally include Maintenance items that are paid for as part of the Lease Finance. Asset – Maintenance Types associated with this Category are appropriate to the Lease Asset. They will be specific to the assets themselves. They will generally be Maintenance items that are over and above those included in the finance of the Asset. They are usually extra Maintenance charges that can be added to the Lease and recovered from the Lessee.
