Field	Explanation
GL Code	[F2] to  the GL Code required for this journal

Specific Function Buttons

[Button]	Explanation
or	Account [F2] to  the payable account required Value Date Enter the date the journal is to be effective for Journal entries may be back dated to prior months It is also possible to forward date a journal into a future reporting period Amount Enter the amount to be journaled
	The payable journal screen will be displayed, press  again to delete the journal entry
