Create and Print Debenture Certificates

Purpose

Allow the creation and printing of a certificate confirming investment details with a client.  Certificates will only be created if the Deposit Account has the flag “Print Certificates” set to Yes

Process

If the Deposit Module is used to process Debentures, then this process will be run to create Debenture Certificates. 

This process may also be used to inform depositors’ of the details about their new deposit accounts.

Explanation
Certificate Communication Type
[F2] to  the communication type required for the certificate
Account Type
[F2] to  the account type for communications that are to be created

Leave blank for all account types
Print Option
Certificates can be created and printed immediately, or if a review is required, the only created and then printed at a later time from the communication browse
