Create IR Certificates

Purpose

Allow the creation and dispatch of year end withholding tax certificates.

Access

1. Client | Create IR Certificates

Process

Field	Explanation
Year Ending	Enter the date in the form E.g. 31/03/15
Type	Select the type of certificate from the drop down box
Communication Type	Browse in this field and locate the Communication Type set up to print the RWT Certificate as set up above Click on that item and click on  The Communication Type selected will depend on the Type of IR Certificate being created and whether or not separate certificates are being created for each Company
Company	If no company is selected one IR certificate will be created for each client including all accounts belonging to the client irrespective of the company they are associated with If a company is selected here IR certificates will be created for all clients with accounts associated with this company Only the accounts associated with this company will be included If this process is run twice, once for each company, a client may have 2 IR certificates of the same type created, one for each company
Minimum Amount	Enter an amount below which the IR certificates do not need to be produced

The system will count through all accounts requiring an IR certificate, and create the IRD pre-approved certificate.  Once complete, the system will return to the menu.

This process must be repeated to create the IR67 certificates
