To provide a list of Communication Types that match the specified search criteria

from Client Details, Quote Details, and Account Details | [F2] in Communication Type Field
via the dialog | [F2] in Communication Type Field

Field	Explanation
Dispatch Method	Used to search by Communication Types that contain a field called "Dispatch Method" This may be set to: All - will display all Dispatch Methods Print - will display all Communications of this type that are set to always be printed, regardless of the Client Contact Point Setups Recipient Pref - will display all Communications of this type that can be emailed or printed
Format Type	Used to search by Communication Type Format This may be set to: Address Change - will display address change communication type All - will display all communication types External Communication - will display communication types that have a Master Communication and or copy communication linked to them Memo - will display all memo communication types
