Report Order options:
Report Specific Parameters
Field | Explanation |
Audit Date Range | This enables the user to report on all Bailment Dealers for which the last stock audit was within the specified dates |
Columns Reported
| Field | Explanation |
| Code | The Bailment Dealer Account Code |
| Description | The Bailment Dealer Account Description |
| Region / Sub Region | The Region the Bailment Dealer belongs to |
Average Cycle Days | This is the Average Audit Cycle Days as displayed on the Bailment Dealer Stock Audit Management tab This is the total number of days between each audit divided by the number of audits less 1 |
Auditor | The Auditor who performed the last audit |
Last Audit Date | The date of the last audit |
Date since previous Audit | This is the number of days between each of the audits listed The first audit will have no value as there was not a previous audit |
Audit Units Sold | This is the number of Units sold out of trust, for each stock Audit |
Audit Units Sold Amount | This is the value of Units sold out of trust amount for each stock Audit |
Audit Prompt Payment | This indicates whether or not a Prompt Payment was received for the units sold out of trust for each Stock Audit |
| Notes | This shows the notes entered for each Stock Audit |
