Account Warning Indicator Details
Purpose
Warning Indicators are used as an alert to an important piece of information about the
account that is being viewed. The Account Warning can be set to create a
‘popup’ message that appears when the account is accessed.
A
number of reports can be run in a report order of ‘Warning Indicator’.
Warning
Indicators are most often used for Credit Control purposes, but are user-definable
so may be set up with other information.
Setup
of new Warning Indicators or alterations to existing codes can be completed at
any time
Access
- Accounts | Edit/View Account Warning Indicators
- Lookup field on account and report dialogs containing these codes

Display Warning | Check this box on if the warning should display in a pop up when the Account Details dialog is edited |
Confirm Warning | Check this box on if the warning needs to be confirmed as correct / still applicable once it has displayed |
