Provide control details for the month end roll over process, key setup parameters and allow file paths to be selected for custom reports

Dialog Details

Details Specific Fields

Field	Explanation
Instalment Ledger Tran Type	This is the transaction type that will post the instalment transaction to the future ledger of any fixed loan account that is set up for instalment posting It will be a credit transaction on the future ledger
Instalment Arrears Tran Type	This is the transaction type that will post the instalment transaction to the current ledger of any fixed loan account that is set up for instalment posting It will be a debit transaction on the current ledger
Require Write Off Indicator for Write Off Reasons	If this flag is checked on: The Termination Reason selected as the Write Off Reason on the Early Termination Details dialog must also have the Write Off Indicator checked on  If this flag is checked off: Any termination reason may be selected as a write off reason
Calculate Arrears Quote Communication  Type	[F2] to  the communication type that will be used when an arrears quote is created from a Fixed Loan Enquiry using the Calculate Arrears functionality

Fixed Loan Cost Item Setup

The second section of the Control Details Dialog is where the cost items that make up a loan will be set up.  This part of the dialog will vary between finance companies.  It will mirror the items that are financed on the loan agreement
