Fixed Loan Account Details
Purpose
Fixed Loan Accounts are used to record and manage loans that are fixed in nature. The interest rate is fixed for the life of the loan and the expected repayments usually do not alter.
Timing
Fixed Loan Accounts may be viewed or set up at any time

Dialog Details
Details Specific Fields
Field | Explanation |
Principal Int Profile | This field is only enabled for accounts required to comply with the Australian Credit Code If an interest profile is selected, interest will accrued on the future ledger |
| Dealer Extra Commission | An amount may be entered here for dealer commission payable over that calculated by the system When the loan account is saved, this amount will post to the loan associated dealer account ready to be paid to the dealer If the amount is altered a correcting entry for the difference will be posted to the loan associated dealer account |
Exclude from LVR | Tick this checkbox on if this loan account is to be excluded from LVR calculations |
