Reversing Lease Early Terminations
Purpose
Allows
the automated reversal of an Early Termination and/of Write Off previously
undertaken on a Lease
Account.
All
transactions posted from the Early Termination with a reference of EARLY will
have a reversing transaction posted restoring the account to its pre terminated
state.

Process
An
Early Termination can be reversed as long as any Write Off transactions are
reversed first.
The 
button will be active and all other
information disabled.
The
system will search for all transactions with a Reference of EARLY and reverse
any of these that have not been previously reversed.
The
transactions created for each early termination method are shown below.
After
reversal the account will be returned to the same state as prior to the Early
Termination process.
