Lease Account Details

Purpose

Lease Accounts are used to manage different Lease Types that may be financed

Types of Lease include:

1. Operating 
2. Finance
3. Maintained
4. Non-Maintained
5. Print Copy
6. Cost per Copy

Dialog Details

Details Specific Fields

Field	Explanation
Override Rate	Enter the default rate of interest if the Interest Profile is not going to be used This field will be automatically updated with the default rate from a quote when settles into an account
Dealer Comm Payout	Enter here the amount of commission that is to be paid to the dealer on this lease  The dealer account will have this account posted to it for payout from the setup of the dealer profile above
Invoice Req	This should be ticked on if an Invoice is to be created automatically by the system when an instalment is posted The Communication Type for the invoice must have already been set up on the associated Account Type
First Payment	Displays whether the Lease is running in advance or arrears
Open Date	Enter the date the Lease was Opened If settled from a Quote, this date is the Quote contract date
Settlement Date	Enter the date the Lease was Settled If Settled from a Quote, this date is the date the Quote is made into an Account
Start Date	Enter the date the Lease is to start from If settled from a quote, this date is the quote start date

Details Specific Buttons
