General Ledger Trial Balance
Purpose
This is
the statement of the position of the General Ledger and must be reconciled to
the reports printed from each module.
Timing
This
is run at the End of Month processing. It may also be run during the month if
the Post
Accounts to GL process is being used.
Access
- General Ledger | Print Trial Balance
Report
The report dialog presented is:
Field | Explanation |
Report Order | Usually Code |
Month End Date | Enter the month end date that you wish to view the General Ledger trial balance for |
Print Zero Balance | If this is checked on, all active General Ledger Codes will be displayed If this is checked off, only General Ledger Codes with movement over the last two years will be displayed |
