Purpose

Allows the GL Trial Balance to be exported

Details can then be manipulated or imported into an external GL System

Field
Explanation
Month Ending
Enter the month end date that you wish to view the General Ledger Trial Balance for
Print Zero Balances
If this is checked on, all active General Ledger Codes will be exported

If this is checked off, only General Ledger Codes with movement over the last two years will be exported
