Fixed Loan Accounts Pending Closure Report
Purpose
Identify accounts that are approaching closure from natural termination (i.e almost fully paid out)
This report is particularly important for accounts where the arrears balance is in credit and an interest rebate may be due to the client as the account should be early terminated to comply with CCCFA
Timing
At any time, but normally a month end report.

Report Specific Parameters
Field | Explanation |
Exclude 2nd Analysis | If the Second Analysis Code has been specifically used to determine the status of the account for arrears purposes, then those with a particular Second Analysis code may be excluded
(E.g. Loans under Repossession) |
Should Close Accts Balance < | Enter the value here for running the report
Any accounts with a Payout Amount less than or equal to this amount will be included in the report
All accounts with a credit Payoff Amount are included
