Distributor Fee Rule Details

Purpose

To establish the rules of for Bailment fees

The fee may be either a percentage of the gross total of the account or a specific amount

Access

  1. View | Bailment Dealer |  | Rates and Fees Tab | Fess Rules |

Explanation
Distributor 

[F2] to select if this rule will only apply to a single Distributor

If no Distributor is selected and there is a Fee rule, that Fee rule will be applied to all created accounts associated with that Bailment Dealer for all Distributors

Multiple Fee Rules may be added to a Bailment Dealer.

A combination of blank Distributor rule and specified Distributor rules may exist

Where the specified Distributor matches the Distributor selected to the Create Bailment Account, that rule will override the ‘blank Distributor’ rule
Fees Rule [F2] to select the applicable fee rule

If that rule does not exist,  may be used to create the required rule
