Post Direct Debit Transactions | [F2] to select the bank account direct debits are to be run against Date range will normally be today’s date unless weekends or public holidays need to be processed If the process is to cover multiple dates, a separate batch should be created for each day so the cashbook transaction is posted onto the account with the correct value date The direct debit file must be imported into your banking software after each days batch has been processed as the direct debit file is overwritten The Reference entered will appear on the client’s bank statement |

Payout Dealer Balances | [F2] to select the bank account the direct credit batch is to be run against The dealer remittance advice communication will have been [Preset] Enter a first cheque number being the first available cheque number from your cheque book for payment to any dealers who do not have a bank account set up on their client details A separate cashbook transaction will be posted for each cheque payment with the cheque number as the reference |
