Purpose

Configuration of the coding structures for the Financing statements held in Argos

Field	Explanation
Auto Code Financial Statements	Check on if financing statements should be automatically coded
Financial Statement Prefix	Where auto coding of the finance statements is required, nominate any prefix that should be used in the numbering sequence E.g. If Financing statements are to be of the format ‘FS01, FS02, FS03’ then ‘FS’ would be entered here
Financial Statement Last Number Used	This is the last number used by the auto code E.g. If Financing statements were to start at 500, the last number used would be 499
Use Categories	Check on if categories are a required / mandatory field on the collateral
