Bailment Dealer Browse | Accounts | Accounts Search Tab

Purpose

A list of accounts belonging to the accessed Bailment Dealer is presented.  The dialog is designed to allow easy and relevant searching of Bailment Accounts and Assets dependant on the required search criteria.

Access

1. Bailment Dealer Details | Accounts Tab | Accounts Search Tab
2. View | Bailment Accounts

Search Criteria

The initial presentation is a list of bailment accounts by Bailment Dealer.  If accessed from within a Bailment Dealer the list is specific to accounts belonging to that Bailment Dealer.

Browse Specific Search Criteria

Field	Explanation
Floor Plan Profile	[F2] to  a Floor Plan Profile this list will be shown for
Distributor	[F2] to  a Distributor this list will be shown for
Asset VIN or HIN No	Enter an asset VIN or HIN to search for a specific asset as entered to the Bailment Asset details
Asset Engine Number	Enter an Asset Engine Number to search for a specific asset as entered to the Bailment Asset details
Asset Registration	Enter an Asset Registration Number to search for a specific asset as entered to the Bailment Asset details
Asset Condition	Click on the option required: as entered to the Bailment Asset details
Due in Full Date	Enter a start and end date range to limit the display of accounts with due in full dates between the range specified
Termination Date	Enter a start and end date range to limit the display of accounts with termination dates between the range specified
Unterminated Only	Check on if only unterminated accounts are to display

Non Standard Display Fields

Field	Explanation
Current Balance	Total of unpaid asset sale and interest invoices
Future Balance	Value of asset on bailment ex GST If $0.00 the account has been terminated
Termination Reason	Termination reason assigned at the time the account was terminated
Date	Only displays if the account has been terminated Is the termination date

Browse Specific Function Buttons

Field	Explanation
	Allows manual creation of a new Bailment Account/Asset
	Allows editing of an existing Bailment Account/Asset
	Allows single account or bulk account termination of accounts
