These release notes document changes which have been made to the stated software version only. You should review all previous release notes for changes between your current version and this one. Previous release notes can be found on the Argos Knowledge Base.
AD-I321 | A new option has been added to the Direct Debit Report selection. If "Include Negative Balances" is checked on a different version of the report will print highlighting all accounts where the value of the next direct debit to be taken (within the date range specified) is greater than the Outstanding Balance of an account (current ledger + future ledger balance). These will accounts that will result in a zero balance when the next DD is taken. Note that there is logic in the system to not direct debit more than the outstanding balance so the amount of the actual DD will not be more than the outstanding balance. |
