Adding a New User to the PPSR Register

Purpose

To grant new employees’ access to the PPSR website and API Link within Argos Vault

Process

Go to https://ppsr.companiesoffice.govt.nz/ and sign in with a Real Me Account already associated with your Secured Party Group Registration.

Go to My Tools – My Organisation Details

Your Organisation details will display. Scroll down to Add Organisation User
The below dialog will display:


Complete this and 

The user will display as pending and an email will be sent to the email address loaded to the registration
Follow the email instructions to activate the user.

Once the user is activated on the website you can create the link from within Argos Vault.

Create the new staff user in Vault

  1. Control | Edit/View Staff Codes


Click on . This allows the creation of an access token to enable rPPSR registration and maintenance rights

This will launch a website which you access with your Real Me Account. Follow the Prompts and you will be granted a token.

Save the Staff Code.

The user can now Post Security Registrations to the PPSR.
