Account Vendor Program Communication Details

Purpose

Accounts can be associated with a specified Vendor. Each vendor may have different documents which are to be associated with a Communication.

Accounts must have a Vendor Program selected

A Communication Type must have been created first

Field	Explanation
Vendor	[F2] to select the Vendor from the Account Vendor Program Browse Screen
Vendor Program Letter Path and File Name	to locate the MS Word™ document which is to be associated with the Vendor Program. This MS Word™ document will be located in the CmmMasters folder along with all other master communications
