Account Statement Details
Purpose
Allows the setup of the date and frequency for the automated creation of an Account Statement
Also allows for a Statement to be created immediately

Details Specific Fields
Field | Explanation |
Next Statement Date | Enter the date the Next Statement is due When the Create Statement Process is run, the Next Statement Date will automatically be updated based on the specified frequency and day |
| Frequency | Enter the Frequency of the statements |
Day | Enter 31 if the statements are sent on month end |
Required Now | Check this on if the statement should be created on All pending transactions will be included |
Statement Message | If required, a message can be entered, that will appear on the bottom of the printed statement |
Message Length | Running total of the number of characters on the statement message (Limit of 254) |
Pending Trans | The number of transactions that will appear on the statement |
Last Statement Number | The number of statements that have been previously produced for this account |
