Mandatory Two Factor Authentication can be set up on the Bailment Control Details Dialog:
When you sign into Bailment Web with the External User Credentials for the first time the following page will display to set up Two Factor Authentication.
Enter your email address in the fields below and Press Send
The following dialog will display:
You will receive an email to the address specified detailing the six digit code to enter on the verification dialog:
Enter the above number into the Enter Code box and press Verify
The below confirmation message will display:
Logout of Bailment Web and Log Back in to complete the Setup. Enter the External User credentials used for the first login
A QR code will display like the below.
Scan this code with the Microsoft Authentication Application on your Phone.
If you don’t have this app you can download it from the Apple App store or the Google Play Store
Enter the six-digit code into Bailment Web and press Verify. The following message will display:
Open the Microsoft Authentication App and Enter the six digit verification and press Verify OTP.
If you select the Use email option an email will be sent to the email address set up for Two Factor Authentication.
Enter the six digit verification and press Verify OTP.
Two factor authentication can be managed from with Bailment Web.
To turn off Two Factor Authentication you must Edit the External Users with Bailment.
