Variable Loan Cashflow Report
Purpose
To show the Cashflow Impact on the business if all
accounts are paid when due
- Loans with Compound Interest will show all interest due in
the month of maturity
- Interest Only loans payable monthly will show the interest
due month by month, and the principal on maturity
- Principal and Interest loans will show a split between principal
and interest each month
Timing
The
report may be run and any time, it is strongly recommended it is always run
prior to month end

Report
Report Specific Parameters
Field | Explanation |
Aging | Month End - Aging will initially be to the end of the current month and then to each month end date 30 Day - Aging will be in 30 day buckets from today's date |
Start Date | A start date maybe entered if the 30 days aging option is selected |
Number of Periods | The number of periods the report is to be run over A separate line will be printed for each period Any loans with a cashflow effect after the nominated periods will be included in the report line for that period |
New Group Per Page | A separate page will be printed for each change in group of the selected Report Order |
