Client | This defaults to the client the portfolio item is being added to |
| Account | If you are not required to complete the RBNZ NBDT report then ignore this field. This field allows a one to one relationship to be established between an account and portfolio. This association will be required where there are a number of loans and portfolios associated with a single client, and the RBNZ Category and Security Types on at least one portfolio are different to the other portfolios. |
| Address | Enter the address of the portfolio item if it is property |
| Lot | Enter the Lot from the property title |
DP | Enter the DP from the property title |
| Registry | Enter the Registry from the property title |
| CT | Enter the CT from the property title |
| Owner | Enter the owner of the portfolio item |
Security Notes | Enter any security notes/details required for the portfolio item |
| Valuation | Enter the total valuation of the item. This amount is used in the LVR calculation. |
| Prior Charges | Enter any prior charges if this is not a first mortgage. This amount will affect the LVR calculations. |
| Security Types | This allows the portfolio items to be further grouped and reported by security type. The options are:

Security Realised | Check if the security has been realised |
Provision | Enter an allowance for a potential bad debt. That is if the item had to be sold immediately it may not be able to be sold for the full valuation amount. The provision is the possible amount the item sale price may have to be dropped by in order to secure an immediate sale. This is for information only and is not used in Valuation calculations |
