Insurer Account Type Setup

Purpose

Allow the setup of transaction types that will control the posting of insurance policy and insurance rebate amounts to an Insurer Account.

Field	Explanation
Fixed Loan Insurer Transaction Type	[F2] to the Transaction Type to be used to post the financed component of insurance from a Fixed Loan account to the associated Insurer Account This would normally post to the current ledger and represents what is due to be paid to the insurer supplying the insurance If insurance is self-funded, this will represent income from insurance sold
Fixed Loan Insurer Rebate Transaction Type	[F2] to the Transaction Type to be used to post the insurance rebate on Fixed Loan early termination to the associated Insurer Account This would normally post to the future ledger
Var Loan Insurer Transaction Type	[F2] to the Transaction Type to be used to post the financed component of insurance from a Variable Loan account to the associated Insurer Account This would normally post to the current ledger and represents what is due to be paid to the insurer supplying the insurance If insurance is self-funded, this will represent income from insurance sold
Var loan Insurer Rebate Transaction Type	[F2] to the Transaction Type to be used to post the insurance rebate on Variable Loan early termination to the associated Insurer Account This would normally post to the future ledger
