Creating a Lease Quote from a Quote Cost Model

Purpose

To create a Lease Quote using the Quote Cost Models imported via the API.

Access

  1. Quote | Access Quotes - Add

    Process
When creating a Lease Quote with the Quote Cost Models from the API Import when you Add a new Quote the below dialog will display.

Enter the Quote Profile you wish to use for you Quote and Search. One or more search parameters can be entered along side the Mandatory Quote Profile selection.

Sub Model
[F2] and  to Security Sub Model then 
Unique ID
Enter a Unique ID then 
Term
Enter a Term amount then 
Kilometers
Enter a Kilometer amount then 
Quote Profile
Mandatory Field. [F2] and  a Quote Profile then 

Select the correct Quote Cost from the list. 

The Add Account Quote Details dialog will display. 



Complete the fields and select . The below message will display:



Click OK. The Account Quote Financial Details dialog will display:



Complete any missing data that is not pulled through from the Quote Cost Model. Enter an X in the Amount field and press .

The Instalments and Interest will calculate for the Lease Quote. Save the Finance dialog and Save the Quote.
