Create Marketing Communications
Purpose
Allow
marketing letters to be created based on completed parameters. Selection parameters allow a refining of
performing loans for which associated clients may be offered further
finance. Rules used will be dependent
upon each business perception of performing loans.

Process
Complete the fields required to obtain a list of client
accounts that can be marketed to.

Include Open Accounts | Check on to include all Open Accounts |
More than X Percentage Paid | Enter a percentage representing the proportion of the loan paid off |
At Least X Percentage of Instalment Posted | Enter a percentage representing the proportion of the of the number of instalments posted |
Cost Price Greater Than | Include all accounts with a cost price more than the value entered |
Cost Price Less Than | Include al accounts with a cost price less than the value entered |
Not Exceeded X Arrears in Y days | Enter an up to arrears amount |
Days | Enter the number or days in arrears up to the value above |
Not Exceeded X Instalments in Y days | Enter an up to Instalment amount |
Days | Enter the number of instalments to the value above |
Current Arrears Less Than | Include all accounts with arrears less than the amount entered |
Comm Not Created in the Past X Days | [F2] to Normally this would be an arrears letter communication |
Days | Enter a number representing the days to test against since the above communication has been created If no letter has been created within the number of days, the account will be a marketing communication candidate |

Original Term in Months | Enter the term of the loan in months to be included as a marketing communication candidate All loans are calculated into months to get a common base for comparison |
Expired Term in Months | Enter the months the loan has run to be included as a marketing communication candidate All loans are calculated into months to get a common base for comparison |
Remaining Term in Months | Enter the months remaining for the loan to run to be included as a marketing communication candidate All loans are calculated into months to get a common base for comparison |
Exclude Write Off Terminations | If checked on, any loan accounts that have been written off will be excluded as a marketing communication candidate |
Include Accounts Closed Since | Include as a marketing communication candidate any accounts that have been closed since the date entered This allows marketing to non-current account holders |
Exclude Inactive Accounts | Check on to exclude accounts that are flagged as inactive as a marketing communication candidate |
Export File | [F2] to Browse to a file location or name, or manually enter details here This is the location the list of marketing communication candidates will be exported to when the |

to provide a list of accounts that conform to the extraction rules specified above. Each letter will default to 'No'. Double click on all or selected items to change the letter indicator to 'Yes' so marketing letters will be created
