Call Savings Account Status Report
Purpose
Provides
an overview of the position of the Call Savings
ledger at a set point in time. Accrued Interest
and withholding
tax can be included.
Timing
Must be run during the Month End process for reconciliation
to the General Ledger
May be run at any other time
May not be printed as at a date prior to today’s date

Report Specific Parameters
Field | Explanation |
Interest Action | Restricts the report to accounts with the specified interest action |
Debit Balances (Current) | Restricts the report to only accounts with overdrawn (debit balance) current ledgers |
Debit Balances (Future) | Restricts the report to only accounts with overdrawn (debit balance) future ledgers |
Note: Debit Balances Current and Future can be both
checked on to report any account with a debit balance
