Analysis Code Details

Purpose

The First and Second Analysis Code are used to identify accounts by a user defined code and are specific to your company.

Examples:
  1. Product types being financed such as motor vehicle, white ware, brown ware etc.
  2. Industry groups such as farming, forestry, residential etc.
  3. Loan types such as interest only, principal and interest, reverse equity etc.

Timing

Setup of new First Analysis Codes or alterations to existing codes can be completed at any time

Access

  1. Accounts | Edit/View Account First Analysis Codes
  2. Accounts | Edit/View Account Second Analysis Codes
  3. Lookup field on Browse, Account and Report dialogs relevant to these code
