Report Specific Parameters
Field | Description |
Account Number | Display field showing the
account code, client coded and account description |
Start Accrued | Display field showing the last date interest was
posted to this account |
End Accrued | Defaults to todays date
Enter a future date interest to be projected to |
Rate | Display field showing the interest rate applicable to this account determined from the interest profile
For Variable Loan Accounts this will be the Future Ledger Interest Profile |

| Allows the printing of the projection details displayed

View Report | Selecting the ‘View Report’ option will open the
resulting report in the Report Preview dialog | Print Report | Selecting
the ‘Print Report’ option will send the resulting report directly to the
default printer set up on the workstation and will print the specified number
of copies. | | Create Communication | This
option allows for the report to be created as a PDF communication file
attachment, rather than a report file. | Export Report | Selecting
the ‘Export Report’ option allows the user to create an electronic file of the
resulting report with all formatting, grouping and headings. The user can select the format of the file
and the location and filename. This
allows the file to be saved in PDF for future reference or Excel formats for
manipulation of the data With
this option the report is not shown on screen Currently
the export options available are:
- PDF
- Excel
2003 (.xls)
- Excel
2007+ (.xlsx)
The
file name and path must also be entered so the file can be exported and saved | | Export Report Date | This
option allows the raw report data to be exported to a .csv file which can then
be used as a data source. In most instances, additional columns of data will be
included, and can be useful for custom reporting or interfacing with a third party application
(for example, an Excel pivot table).
Notes:
- With
this option the report is not shown on screen
- If
the option is disabled on the report parameters dialog then it is not available
for the report
