Product Highlights for the upcoming V5.152 release

We’re excited to share several new enhancements designed to boost efficiency and improve system visibility. Below are some of the key highlights included in the upcoming release.

 Bailment Curtailment Direct Debits

Bailment Curtailment Direct Debit processes have been enhanced to deliver smoother automation and more reliable handling. The Curtailment tab within Bailment Accounts has been redesigned for improved usability, and accounts can now be removed from an active Curtailment Schedule to allow a new schedule to be applied when needed.

 Variable Loan Direct Debit Schedules

Direct Debit Schedules can now be set up directly on any Variable Loan using the Direct Debit button, allowing you to quickly generate or update a tailored payment schedule. This functionality is especially useful when supporting clients in arrears, enabling you to create structured repayment plans across multiple dates. These schedules help streamline recovery processes while providing clients with a clear and manageable path to bring their accounts up to date.

 Variable Loan Quote Payment Schedules

We’ve expanded the payable schedule options available for Variable Loan Quotes to give you more flexibility. You can now generate a range of schedules—including Daily Interest Repayable, Daily Interest Reinvest, Annualised Interest Repayable, and Principal & Interest Payment Schedules. These schedules are created directly within the Quote module and can be fully branded with your company logo for a professional, customer‑ready finish.

 Updated Argos Server Frequencies 

The Argos Server has been upgraded with new scheduling frequency options, giving users greater flexibility in managing batch processes. You can now schedule batches to run weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, with intelligent handling of non‑existent dates—such as automatically shifting a 31st‑day schedule to the last valid day of the month. The Month‑End option also now clearly displays the final day of the current month as a read‑only reference.
